I Love my Work I am a Professional Photographers of America Member and Adobe Professional Photographers Directory Member. I specialize in what I love, capturing families, child portraiture, weddings, and nature with my camera! I am a professional, photojournalistic-style photographer with an artistic prospective. My photography is the world through my eyes. I love working with people, large family groups and especially children during children's photography sessions. I enjoy outdoor photo shoots along the Emerald Coast. We are lucky to live in a place with so many beautiful landscapes. I have found people are more comfortable when shooting in natural, outdoor environments. Children are at their best, and happiest, when they are acting just like kids on the beach! I like them to goof off and play and be themselves on my photo shoots. I usually have sea shells for them, as it helps us accomplish great smiles for pictures and hold their attention! Thats helps me to be a good florida children's photographer. Working with families and children can be so uplifting. Children are so carefree, it's fascinating to watch their expressions change so quickly. Capturing family beach portraits for those on vacation is absolutely the best, watching a family while they are enjoying each other's company in a beautiful relaxed beach setting makes it so easy to be a seaside photographer. I love being a florida wedding photographer. Weddings are another wonderful family gathering and perfect time for candid and seaside portrait photography! Weddings are great to photograph because of all the excitement and love surrounding the wedding. Everyone looks fabulous for weddings and the emotions create wonderful moments, and I help create ways to remember them! I love shooting Destin beach portraits! During my busy season, I may take over 500 outdoor exposures in a single day. I’m going to give you a few insider tips that will make an immediate impact on your destin portrait photography. These tips are going to help you achieve great results. Your background is critical to florida portrait photography. It should compliment your seaside beach portraits, not detract, from the person or group you are photographing. Colors should also compliment, not detract, from the person or group you are photographing. Watch for sea oats sticking out of people’s heads and other people or houses on the beach. After you have the person or group you are photographing where you want them, take the time to study the background. If your camera allows it, use the depth of field preview button so you can see just what will be sharp and what will be soft at the taking aperture. This will improve your destin photography experience. The best time to have your Florida beach portraits shot along Florida's Beaches is the hour to fourty five minutes before sunset. The lighting is softer and as the sun nears the horizon it turns a bit golden color and cast shdes of red ,purple, and orange across the sky to produce the most spectacular beach portraits possible. The low sun angle also adds a better depht of field to the portraits look. As a result, we like to limit our shoots to one an afternoon starting about an hour before sunset and working a bit past sunset. The second option is sunrise as the sun works it’s way up. Not for the people who like there sleep. We have to be on the beach at sunrise as the white sandy beachs quickly become to bright to shoot beach portraits. The lighting on the beach at any other time is too severe and could cast harsh shadows, cause excessive squinting, and may result in bad beach portraits. We strongly urge anyone looking to have a beach portrait shot to consider or thoughts as to the best time for beach portrait photography on the Emerald Coast. | |||||||||||||
